Job summary

Teamworx Ltd in Dublin is looking for a field-based People and Operations Manager to support Store Managers across a multi-site retail network. This role reports to the HR Manager of Ireland & UK and focuses on developing strong teams in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead recruitment, onboarding, development and performance coaching, monitor turnover and employee engagement, and champion a positive culture across all stores. Travel across Ireland, the UK and Europe is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have full driving licence.
• Minimum 2 years experience as multi-site manager with strong focus on people agenda.
• Knowledge of HR policies, labour law and guidelines.
• Retail, Hospitality or FMCG background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to drive people performance and operational success across the retail network.
• Support Store and Area Managers with recruitment, onboarding, development and performance management.
• Lead practical training and development initiatives to build capability and retain talent.
• Coach and develop retail teams to drive engagement and high performance.
• Monitor turnover, retention and employee satisfaction and take action where needed.
• Champion a positive culture across all stores.
