M&P O'Sullivan is seeking an experienced Area Operations Manager to oversee the performance and day-to-day operations of multiple stores across Ireland. This nationwide field-based role involves regular travel between stores, with a company vehicle provided.

You will lead, coach and support Store Managers and their teams, monitor KPIs, and drive commercial performance while ensuring compliance and high standards across locations.

• Experience in retail, wholesale, hospitality or multi-site management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Commercially aware with experience working to KPIs.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations.
• Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.

Over the last 10 years, turnover has grown from €20 million to €50 million and in recent years the headcount has grown from 70 to 160.
