Job summary
PGIM Ireland announces a role within the People Services & Solutions team focused on reporting and analytics. Based in Letterkenny, the hybrid position supports Prudential's people analytics, delivering reporting solutions and dashboards across talent, payroll, compensation and workforce data.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in reporting/BI, strong data analysis skills, and advanced Excel. Experience with Workday reporting and HR platforms is highly valued.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, Finance, Data Analytics or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, data analysis, or employee systems.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Experience translating business questions into reporting solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance reporting and analytics solutions supporting talent, compensation, payroll, benefits, organizational and workforce processes.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate questions into actionable reporting.
- Analyze employee data to identify trends and provide insights to improve decision-making.
- Support reporting modernization and expand self-service access to data.
- Collaborate with Technology to translate data into reporting and integration requirements.
