Job summary

BNY Analyst Program – People, Engagement, and Impact offers a 24‑month rotational program within the People Practice, designed to develop future leaders. You’ll participate in a structured induction, gain exposure to core HR practices, and work with global teams to drive people-centered outcomes.

New joiners will receive mentorship, hands-on project experience, and formal training across governance, employee relations, and talent strategy to accelerate their early career at BNY.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred
• Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027 (U.S.)
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying.

Responsibilities

• Support People, Engagement and Impact priorities by contributing to initiatives across people governance, employee relations, public policy, government affairs, regulatory relations, philanthropy, and community impact.
• Analyze and improve onboarding, internal mobility, and broader employee experiences using employee feedback, digital tools, and people insights.
• Test AI in Action: Support pilots of generative AI tools that enhance People and Corporate Affairs operations.
