Job summary

BNY is launching a 24-month Analyst Program in Audit, designed to accelerate early-career professionals. You will rotate through activities that build technical knowledge, soft skills, and a solid understanding of internal controls within a global financial services company.

New joiners participate in a structured induction, hands-on project work, mentorship, and cross-practice exposure to develop core competencies and prepare for long-term success in the organization.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a 3 or 4-year undergraduate degree program preferred
• Graduating in Dec 2026 or Summer 2027
• On track to achieve a 2.1 or higher

Responsibilities

• Support audit work by reviewing processes, risks, and controls across different parts of BNY’s business and operations.
• Help analyze information, document observations, and identify themes that may point to control gaps, inefficiencies, or opportunities to improve.
• Contribute to audit testing, walkthroughs, and reporting that help teams understand how effectively processes and controls are working.
• Partner with audit professionals and business stakeholders to gather information, ask thoughtful questions, and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
• Gain exposure to how governance, risk management, and internal controls support a global financial services company.

Program eligibility:

• Enrollment in a 3 or 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred
• Graduating in Dec 2026 or Summer 2027
• On track to achieve a 2.1 or higher
• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the countrywhere applying.
