Job summary

BNY offers a 2027 Summer Internship Program in People, Engagement, and Impact in Ireland. This 10-week program accelerates development with hands-on projects across governance, employee experience, and AI enablement, with structured mentorship and cross-team exposure.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a 4-year undergrad degree with business- and/or technology-focused majors preferred.
• GPA not specified; strong academic performance encouraged.
• Eligible for a 2027/2028 summer internship in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Support governance, employee relations, public policy, government affairs, regulatory relations, philanthropy, and community impact initiatives.
• Analyze onboarding and mobility to improve employee experiences using feedback and data.
• Assist pilots of generative AI tools to streamline internal communications and knowledge article drafting.
• Build or refine dashboards tracking engagement, learning participation, and employee relations themes.
• Contribute to talent mobility initiatives by aligning skills with open roles or projects.
• Support pulse surveys and focus groups, synthesizing insights for people strategies and priorities.
• Create toolkits and digital materials to help employees navigate change and strengthen Corporate Affairs messaging.
• Support research on future skills and external trends to inform workforce strategy.
