Qualifications

• Proven HR advisory and employee relations experience.
• Solid track record applying policies and guiding managers.
• Experience delivering day-to-day HR support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, practical HR guidance to people managers on employee matters.
• Manage individual employee cases up to defined complexity with proper escalation.
• Support local execution of HR change initiatives and roll out global tools.
• Advise on performance, absence, and exit processes with consistent policy application.
• Identify trends and contribute to improvements in manager capability and HR processes.
