Job summary

Maersk in Dublin is seeking a People Advisor to support employees and leaders across Ireland. This role combines support of our Ireland warehouse as well as the office and requires presence on both sites. 5 days on site.

Your role will be to solve HR-related queries and ensure a great employee experience, while collaborating with managers to apply policies and drive compliant HR processes.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Ireland labour laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience in resolving employee relations issues.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Fluency in written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Own HR inquiries from employees and leaders, partnering with HR colleagues to resolve issues.
• Work closely with site managers in Ireland to support benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Actively use Workday and Service Now for HR processes.
• Guide and train employees and managers in HR systems and service delivery.
• Support onboarding, annual performance management, job moves, and exits.
• Review and maintain HR documentation to mitigate compliance risks.
