Job summary

Diageo in Ireland is seeking a proactive People Manager Advisory & Employee Relations specialist to partner with line managers and HR Business Partners. You’ll provide day-to-day advisory support, coach managers, and help resolve complex employee matters while ensuring consistent policy application.

You will work across fast-paced business areas, translate policy into practical guidance, manage casework with diligence, and support change initiatives to enable workforce growth and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience advising managers on employee matters
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and processes
• Ability to manage confidential information and sensitive cases

Responsibilities

• People Manager Advisory & First-Line Coaching to managers
• Case Management for informal and formal employee issues
• Support People-related Change Initiatives with local execution
• Implement and interpret global HR tools and programmes locally
• Employee Lifecycle Advisory across Performance, Absence, Exit
• Advise on non-standard policy applications and escalate risks as needed
