Job summary

Diageo is seeking a People Advisor to provide practical HR guidance to people managers, covering day-to-day employee matters and policy interpretation. Based in Dublin (St James's Gate) or Littleconnell, Co. Kildare with some travel across IOI, you will contribute to HR transformation and build manager capability.

This permanent, full-time role reports to the HR Director Supply Categories and plays a key part in shaping the employee experience at Diageo.

Qualifications

• Proven HR advisory experience providing practical guidance on employee relations and policy application.
• Ability to coach people managers and handle day-to-day HR matters with fairness and compliance.
• Experience supporting HR delivery in a fast-paced, matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely guidance to people managers on employee matters and policy interpretation.
• Manage informal and formal employee cases with appropriate escalation.
• Support local execution of HR change initiatives and rollout of global tools.
• Advise on attendance, performance, and exit processes with consistency.
• Identify trends to inform process improvements and manager capability building.
