• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial institution.
• Excellent attention to detail and diligence are essential.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and maintain high service levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide full administrative support within the Pensions Division.
• Liaise with clients and providers and ensure timely responses.
• Maintain strict service levels for new and existing business.
• Coordinate with internal Cantor departments to resolve queries.
• Adhere to internal policies and controls and review procedures for updates.
• Demonstrate operational risk awareness and manage queries independently.
• Work under pressure while maintaining high standards and accuracy.
• Communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally, with strong numeracy.
