Wallace Myers International is seeking a Client Services Administrator to support pensions, investments and protection products in Dublin 6. You will manage new business applications and ongoing client servicing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The role requires at least 3 years in financial services, strong organisational skills and a customer-focused approach. This is a permanent role within a collaborative team.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in financial services brokerage or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and protection products.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Managing new business applications from submission through to completion.
• Delivering ongoing client administration and servicing support.
• Liaising with clients and product providers to ensure efficient case progression.
• Maintaining accurate client records, CRM systems, and compliance documentation.
• Supporting financial advisers with day-to-day administrative requirements.
• Monitoring and progressing cases to ensure deadlines and service standards are met.
