Accountancy Solutions in Dublin West is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage end‑to‑end payrolls across UK and Ireland within the construction sector. The role covers weekly and monthly payroll processing, journal entries, statutory compliance, and system upgrades.

Ideal candidates will have IPASS qualification or be working towards it, at least 3 years of payroll experience, and strong time management with excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly payrolls.
• Review and confirm payroll submissions.
• Process payroll journals and statutory requirements.
• Maintain internal and external relationships.
• Assist with payroll system upgrades and projects.
• Bank account management and reconciliations.
• Provide payslips and monthly reports.
• Process starters and leavers; handle queries.
• Ensure statutory returns are submitted on time.
• Support process improvements and automation.
