A leading European construction company in South Dublin is seeking a Payroll Specialist to prepare monthly payroll files across various EMEA countries. Candidates should have strong Excel skills, experience in a high-volume environment, and familiarity with EMEA payroll processes. The role offers a salary between €50k to €60k DOE, performance bonuses, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience with inter-company and multi-currency transactions preferred.
• Willingness to work collaboratively during quieter periods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of monthly payroll files for various EMEA countries.
• Process country-specific tax relief applications and registrations.
• Be the primary point of contact for employees with payroll queries.

Skills

Familiarity with EMEA and global payrolls

Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of monthly payroll files for various EMEA countries
• Processing country-specific tax relief applications and registrations
• Ensuring all staff are registered in the required jurisdiction and updating related trackers
• Be the primary point of contact for employees who have payroll queries
• Manage monthly expense claims forms

Requirements

• Familiar with EMEA and or Global payrolls is preferred but not essential
• Experience in a high volume, fast paced environment as well as experience with inter-company and multi-currency transactions
• Willingness to work collectively, helping your teammates out during any quieter periods
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
