Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience processing Irish payroll
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional level English is essential

Responsibilities

• Processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly client payrolls in an accurate and timely manner
• Processing new hires, terminations, status changes, tax changes, pay rate changes, allowance and deductions changes, administering third party deductions such as pension, Social Welfare and health insurance
• Resolving client queries clearly and efficiently, maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Interacting with ROS in relation to Revenue Payroll Notifications, Payroll Submissions, Statements of Account, Enhanced Reporting Requirements, Agent Links, Tax Registrations, etc.
• BIK's, Annual Leave, Public Holiday and Statutory entitlements for employees

I am partnering with a highly respected Cork-based accounting practice to recruit an ambitious Junior Payroller. This is the ideal role for someone with foundational payroll exposure who wants to transition into a dedicated payroll career, build specialised expertise, and advance within a supportive team.
