Qualifications

Responsibilities

Our client, a well-established and growing professional services firm based in Dublin, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Executive to join their expanding outsourcing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional to work with a diverse portfolio of clients while developing their expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will gain exposure to a broad range of industries and play a key role in delivering high-quality payroll services.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end processing of weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls using payroll software such as Sage Payroll and BrightPay.
• Ensure payroll operations remain compliant with Irish employment legislation, Revenue requirements, and payroll best practices.
• Prepare and submit payroll-related returns, including Payroll Submission Requests (PSRs), and maintain accurate payroll records.
• Respond to client payroll queries and provide professional, timely support while building strong client relationships.

Requirements

• IPASS qualification is desirable but not essential.
• Minimum 1 year Irish practice experience in required.
• Strong knowledge of Irish payroll processes, legislation, and Revenue requirements.
• Experience processing payroll using payroll software packages such as Sage Payroll, BrightPay, or similar systems.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
