Job summary

Glancy Enviro in Longford, Ireland is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to manage accurate and timely payroll processing across the business. The role requires strong organisation, deadline-driven work and discretion handling confidential employee data.

You will process weekly/monthly payroll, review hours, holidays, deductions, maintain records, liaise with Revenue, and support HR and accounts. Competitive salary from €30,000 per year, with 20 days leave and flexible PT/FT options.

Qualifications

• Experienced in Irish payroll administration.
• Familiar with PAYE Modernisation and Revenue payroll requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable handling hourly-paid and salaried staff payroll.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and/or monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Review hours, overtime, allowances, bonuses and deductions.
• Maintain payroll records and manage starters, leavers and changes.
• Process holiday pay, sick leave and other absences.
• Liaise with Revenue and ensure payroll compliance.
• Support HR and Accounts with payroll information and reporting.
