Job summary

Xeinadin Group in Cork is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our Client Payroll Bureau team. This permanent role offers flexible hybrid working and the chance to manage weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls for a varied client base.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of payroll experience, strong Excel and Word skills, and IPASS qualification or willingness to certify.

Qualifications

• 1 year payroll administration experience required.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and client service abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• BrightPay experience desirable.
• IPASS qualification or willingness to undertake certification.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls for a varied client base.
• Maintain employee payroll records and documentation.
• Administer pensions, health insurance and payroll deductions.
• Respond professionally to client and employee payroll queries.
• Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and Revenue requirements.
• Maintain a complete audit trail and document control procedures.
