Job summary

Xeinadin in Cork is seeking a diligent Payroll Administrator to join our Client Payroll Bureau. You will process payrolls, maintain records and respond to payroll queries within a fast-paced, supportive team.

The role offers flexible hours (full-time or part-time) with a Hybrid model and a benefits package including a company pension, generous annual leave, life assurance and employee wellbeing supports.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year payroll administration experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and client service abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• BrightPay experience desirable.
• IPASS qualification or willingness to undertake certification.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls for a varied client base.
• Maintain employee payroll records and documentation.
• Administer pensions, health insurance and payroll deductions.
• Respond professionally to client and employee payroll queries.
• Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and Revenue requirements.
• Maintain a complete audit trail and document control procedures.
