Job summary

Clarins Ireland is seeking a meticulous Payroll Officer for a part-time, hybrid role based in Dublin. You will handle fortnightly and monthly payrolls, ensure adherence to Irish payroll legislation, and liaise with Finance and HR to maintain accurate employee data.

The role requires strong IT skills, including Excel, and a collaborative approach to improve processes while upholding strict confidentiality and GDPR standards.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of payroll systems and Irish payroll legislation (PAYE, PRSI, USC).
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail with numerical ability.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Advanced IT skills including Excel and payroll/HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Process fortnightly and monthly payrolls accurately, including deductions and benefits.
• Review and record timesheets and attendance data.
• Maintain payroll and HR systems; keep records accurate and up to date.
• Prepare payroll and management reports in a timely manner.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Revenue, statutory reporting and audit requirements.
