Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or business administration or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in a related role with exposure to marketing or product development.
• Knowledge of most aspects of business analysis.
• Some knowledge of payments industry and applied technology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Authorized to work in Ireland full-time; sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Plan, perform, and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Diagram and evaluate existing processes.
• Organize, lead, and facilitate cross-functional project teams.
• Develop metrics for process measurement and identify future improvement opportunities.
• Collect data to identify root causes and measure performance against process requirements.
• Align improvements to performance shortfalls and consult on re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.
• Deliver presentations and training courses on measurement, analysis, improvement, and control.
• Complete surveys and analyze best practices for techniques and processes.
• Communicate team progress.
