Job description

• Plan, perform, and implement process improvement initiatives
• Diagram and evaluate existing processes
• Organize, lead, and facilitate cross-functional project teams
• Develop metrics for process measurement and identify future improvement opportunities
• Collect data to identify root causes and measure performance against process requirements
• Align improvements to performance shortfalls and consult on re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality
• Deliver presentations and training courses on measurement, analysis, improvement, and control
• Complete surveys and analyze best practices for techniques and processes
• Communicate team progress
• Perform cost-benefit analyses
• Develop and manage agentic skills, interpret skill requirements, and translate them into clear instructions for agentic models
• Liaise with stakeholders to elicit needs and define and validate business solutions
• Build and manage stakeholder relationships
• Analyze and synthesize stakeholder information
• Define and manage requirements delivery plans and document requirements throughout the project life cycle
• Provide input to Product Management on product roadmap features and functions
• Provide input to Product Marketing Manager on case studies and customer reference implementations
• Continuously develop domain knowledge in the payments industry, ACI products, customer base, and applied technology
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or equivalent experience
• 2 years in an industry-related role such as technical support, product management, or product development with exposure to marketing, or comparable work experience
• Knowledge and experience in most aspects of business analysis
• Some knowledge of the payments industry, customer base, and applied technology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent skills in negotiating and collaborating to give guidance to the development organisation
• Creation of quality, easy-to-understand papers and presentations
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Ireland on a full-time basis
