• Strong academic record; able to explain performance.
• Interest in credit, risk, and ecommerce dynamics.
• Comfortable leading conversations in meetings, calls, or presentations.
• Bonus: experience with management accounts, Excel, or SQL; pursuing finance qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Dig into the story behind the data and analyze financial and non-financial performance of customers.
• Assess and quantify risk in ecommerce funding scenarios.
• Join regular customer calls to understand business models and funding needs.
• Collaborate with management to build and test new processes and products.
• Support sales and operations by understanding how relationships are won and maintained.
• Understand loan portfolio management and exit decisions for risky relationships.
• Connect with multiple teams to leverage cross-functional insights.
