Job summary

SEI Investments in Dublin is seeking a Supervisor, Centralised Operations - Payments to lead the daily operations of the Fund Accounting Payments team. You will support the Manager, develop staff and maintain strong relationships with banking providers and clients.

The role requires 3+ years in financial services payments, supervisory/mentoring experience and fluent English. Strong administrative and PC skills with a finance-related degree are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial services with payments experience.
• Supervisory and/or mentoring experience.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written) essential.
• Strong administrative and PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main operational contact for banking providers and fund accounting teams.
• Support the Manager in day-to-day team management and procedures.
• Review payments with proper documentation and controls.
• Ensure deadlines are met and service standards maintained.
• Coach and develop staff, provide performance feedback.
