Job summary

LGT Fund Managers (Ireland) Ltd. is expanding its Dublin Operations team and seeks a Fund Operations Analyst to manage invoice processing, GL-related tasks, and payment execution support. The role emphasizes accuracy, ownership and cross-location collaboration within an international team.

The successful candidate will contribute to robust control processes, gain deep knowledge of private markets fund administration, and support Dublin-based operational capabilities as the team grows.

Qualifications

• University graduate in business, finance, accounting or related area with 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in financial services, fund operations, payments, invoice processing or fund accounting.
• Good understanding of invoice workflows, GL coding, payment processing and related controls.
• Strong attention to detail with a structured, control-oriented approach under time pressure.
• Proficient in Excel; comfortable with operational systems and documentation.
• Strong communication, proactive problem-solving, and ability to work independently in an international team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and process invoices for funds with accurate allocation and documentation.
• Support GL-related processing, invoicing validation and reconciliation.
• Review and release payments following internal controls and cut-off requirements.
• Investigate and resolve invoice, billing and payment queries end-to-end.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and reconciliation for operational data.
• Collaborate across Dublin, Bendern and other locations to drive process improvements.
