Job summary

Zohorecruit in Dublin is seeking a Payment Operations Lead to manage global accounts payable, payments processing, and SOX controls. You will own end-to-end processes, mentor teams, and partner with cross-functional functions to improve data quality and reduce exceptions.

This hybrid role requires 5+ years in AP/Procure-to-Pay, experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP, and strong analytical skills. Aimed at ensuring accurate, timely payments and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years in Accounts Payable / Procure-to-Pay with global scope experience.
• Experience with ERP/AP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion) and payment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert on AP policies, processes, and controls, owning global areas end to end and mentoring team members.
• Contribute to AP improvement strategy, KPI targets, and analyze payment data for cost savings.
• Lead offshore delivery teams, document procedures, and maintain knowledge content.
