Job summary

The National Rehabilitation Hospital (NRH) invites applications for a Patient Experience & Healthcare Data Administrator (Clerical Grade IV). This permanent, full-time role provides clerical and administrative support to the Patient Experience and Healthcare Data Service, with cross-cover to admissions as needed.

Ideal candidates will have strong IT skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent organisation and communication, and a patient-centred approach.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and general IT competence
• Excellent organisational and planning abilities
• Good working knowledge of general office procedures
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High sense of responsibility and ability to take initiative
• Strong motivation and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Experience in dealing with patients, staff, visitors, and the public
• Advantageous: Experience working with data and generating reports

Responsibilities

• The administrator will provide clerical and administrative support to the Patient Experience and Healthcare Data Service at the National Rehabilitation Hospital.
• The role will also provide cross-cover to other areas, including admissions.
• Duties will be designated by the Patient Experience and Healthcare Data Manager and may evolve as necessary to meet service needs.
