Job summary

Ace Autobody Ltd is Ireland’s largest collision repair network with 16 branches, now recruiting an experienced Parts Person for the Coolock team. You will ensure availability of parts and materials to support ongoing repairs, coordinating orders, deliveries, and stock control within a busy bodyshop environment.

Ideal candidates have motor trade parts experience, strong organisational skills, and proficiency with MS Office and parts systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in a motor trade parts role and fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage parts orders and stock control systems.
• Attention to detail and organisation in parts administration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and processing parts and consumables.
• Source and order parts promptly as requested by estimators and the branch manager.
• Generate and manage purchase orders using the bodyshop management system.
• Accurately match deliveries to purchase orders and verify pricing between systems.
• Coordinate daily parts deliveries and returns with suppliers.
• Monitor and manage stock levels of paint and consumables to ensure uninterrupted workshop operations.
