Job summary

AutoBoland Group, proud to operate Audi Waterford, is seeking a Parts Advisor to support our Aftersales team. You will identify, source, and supply vehicle parts for trade and retail customers and work to maintain stock levels and accuracy in a fast-paced dealership environment.

The role offers training within the automotive sector, career progression, and the chance to develop specialist product knowledge while delivering excellent customer service to our growing Audi Waterford customer base.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail, warehouse, trade counter, stores, or similar fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and supply parts to trade and retail customers.
• Manage stock levels and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain stock records and ensure accuracy.
• Support workshop technicians by ensuring parts are available promptly.
• Handle customer enquiries face-to-face, over the phone and online.

The Role

As a Parts Advisor within our Aftersales Department at Audi Waterford, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the business. You will support our workshop technicians, trade customers, and retail customers by ensuring the efficient identification, supply, and management of vehicle parts.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you will use your strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and customer service experience to ensure parts are available when required and that the department operates efficiently.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to transfer their existing experience into the automotive industry while developing specialist product knowledge and building a long-term career with Audi and AutoBoland Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately identify and supply parts to trade and retail customers
• Manage stock levels, including goods in/out and inventory control
• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure inventory accuracy
• Support workshop technicians by ensuring parts are available in a timely manner
• Handle customer enquiries professionally, both face-to-face, over the phone, and online
• Process parts orders and ensure customer and workshop requirements are met efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organised, efficient, and compliant parts department
• Develop strong product knowledge across Audi parts and accessories
• Work closely with colleagues across the Aftersales Department to deliver an excellent customer experience
