Job summary

Setanta in Ireland is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our commercial vehicle team. You will identify correct parts, assist customers and workshop staff, maintain stock, process orders, and handle returns with a focus on service speed and accuracy.

You should have experience in automotive parts, strong communication skills, and proficiency with catalogs and inventory software. A valid driver's license is required. We offer training, a supportive environment, and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Parts Advisor role within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and accessories, preferably commercial vehicles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with parts catalogs and inventory management software.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A valid driver’s license.
