Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts Ireland is looking for Parts Advisors to join our team in Carrick-on-Shannon. You will take orders for car parts by phone and at the counter, upsell to boost invoice value, and build long-term rapport with local customers.

You should be punctual, organised, proactive and empathetic, with excellent communication. We offer a competitive salary, strong bonus potential, bespoke training, and a supportive team.

As Part Advisor, Responsibilities Will Include

• Taking orders for car parts over the telephone and counter, upselling to increase invoice value.
• Outbound calling to raise customer awareness and achieve higher sales.
• Building long-term rapport with local customers
• Actively promote offers, discounts and customer competitions
• Limiting credits and returns by ordering and sending the right car parts, first time.
