Job summary

UNITED PICKLEBALL ASSOCIATION ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a Manager, Partnerships Experience to own key client partnerships across the region. You will build strong relationships, spot opportunities, and drive activation and delivery from strategy through execution.

The ideal candidate brings 4–7 years in partnerships or events, with a proven track record in sponsorships and sports marketing, plus excellent communication and project management skills. Travel within the region is required.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in partnerships, sponsorships, or account management.
• Proven track record managing corporate partnerships or key client accounts.
• Strong understanding of sponsorships, activations and brand experiences.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationships with key clients and partnerships.
• Lead client meetings, proposals, reporting and reviews.
• Plan and deliver events, activations and brand experiences.
• Identify growth opportunities and contribute to commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners across markets.
