Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a role that grows a segment of our portfolio by directly managing accounts or helping deepen partnerships. You will analyze business and operational performance to identify opportunities for optimization and ensure effective service delivery for active accounts across regions.

The role requires 2+ years of experience for a bachelor’s degree or 0-2 years for a master’s, and a bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English + local language of the market(s) where applicable.
• Effective communicator with strong sales skills.
• Experience in portfolio management and relationship account management including upselling and cross-selling.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with customer account teams and key buyers/decision makers.
• Assists in creating opportunities and meetings to grow customer accounts.
• Understands and reports a customer’s business issues to inform solutions.
• Recommends products and insights to meet customer needs.
• Maintains knowledge of products, offerings, and competitors to support accounts.
