Job summary

Global Payments is seeking an experienced operations professional to support end-to-end partner services. The role focuses on representing the voice of the partner, managing multi-channel communications, and delivering timely, insightful responses in line with service level agreements.

You will build strong relationships with partners and internal teams, identify operational improvements, and help drive business growth across global payments initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in an operations environment involving account management or customer support.

Responsibilities

• End to End operations Support.
• Effectively represent the voice of the partner across the business.
• Manage communication with Partners over assigned/supported channels.
• Provide insights on current or outlying issues connected with Service offering.
• Manage expectations related to service delivery and partnerships.
• Provide answers and support in a timely and professional manner, adhering to contractual SLA’s.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of partner priorities, challenges and initiatives.
