Job summary

Global Payments is seeking an experienced operations professional to support end-to-end partner services. The role focuses on representing the voice of the partner, managing multi-channel communications, and delivering timely, insightful responses in line with service level agreements.

You will build strong relationships with partners and internal teams, identify operational improvements, and help drive business growth across global payments initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in an operations environment involving account management or customer support.

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of partner priorities, challenges and initiatives.

What you’ll own
  • End to End operations Support
  • Effectively represent the voice of the partner across the business
  • Manage communication with Partners over assigned/supported channels
  • Provide insights on current or outlying issues connected with Service offering
  • Manage expectations related
  • Provide answers / support in a timely and professional manner, adhering to contractual SLA’s
  • In-depth knowledge of Partner priorities, challenges and initiatives, becoming a trusted advisor
  • Proactively anticipate needs and potential problems; provide guidance on areas for operational improvements that yield business benefits for and our customers/partners
  • Manage communication between the Partner and internal and external stakeholders
  • Gather information and effectively transfer this information between the Partner and additional departments to achieve resolutions or answers.
  • Work across functions to solve partner problems.
  • Identify root cause of the problem, establish and implement a solution, identify ways to mitigate future occurrence, and communicate with partner on problem resolution.
  • Review reporting and provide insights on trends and issue resolution
  • Manage and create processes connected with Partner Services – be an expert in internal knowledge sources
  • Drive improvement opportunities and changes that help the business grow and support the Partners
What you’ll bring

It’s a bonus if you have Minimum of 2 years demonstrate work experience in an operations environment involving account management or customer support
