Job summary

Allcare Pharmacy Killarney is seeking a Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor for a 16-hour per week, part-time role based in Killarney. You will deliver excellent customer service and provide information on product ranges, with support from the Managing Pharmacist.

Qualifications include 1 year experience in Pharmacy/Retail/Hospitality, cash handling, excellent communication, and good numeracy. Basic IT skills are an advantage. The role offers a friendly team and opportunities to develop.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in Pharmacy/Retail/Hospitality preferred.
• Cashier experience an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to exercise discretion with customer information and confidentiality.
• Good attention to detail is essential.
• Organised with ability to multi-task under pressure.
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Basic IT skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide product information and advice to customers across all product ranges.
• Maintain stock control, rotation, and correct supplier deliveries.
• Deliver professional customer service and build relationships with customers.
• Work as part of a flexible pharmacy team and assist in all areas as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety, and report issues to the Pharmacy Manager.
• Participate in training and development programmes.
