Job summary

Allcare Merrion is seeking a Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and provide product information across all ranges within the Merrion pharmacy. You will support stock control, assist in merchandising, and help maintain a clean and compliant environment under the supervision of the Managing Pharmacist.

The role requires strong communication, cash handling awareness, and the ability to multitask in a busy retail pharmacy setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in Pharmacy/Retail/Hospitality preferable.
• Cashier experience an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to use discretion with regards to confidential information.
• Good attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide product information and advice to customers across all product ranges.
• Maintain stock levels and assist in stock rotation.
• Deliver professional customer service and support within the pharmacy team.
• Assist in daily pharmacy operations and cash handling procedures.
• Participate in training and development programs.
