Job summary

Allcare Pharmacy Finglas is seeking a Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor to deliver excellent customer service and provide information on all product ranges. You will maintain stock control, assist in all areas of the pharmacy, and help build strong customer relationships.

The role requires good communication, attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team while using basic IT skills. Previous cashier experience is advantageous and initiative is valued.

Qualifications

• 1 year’s experience in Pharmacy, Retail or Hospitality preferred.
• Cashier experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Discretion with customer/patient information.
• Good attention to detail.
• Organised with the ability to multi-task under pressure.
• Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Basic IT skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide product information and advice to customers across all product ranges.
• Maintain stock control and ensure correct delivery details as directed.
• Deliver professional and efficient customer service at all times.
• Work effectively as part of the Pharmacy team and assist in all areas as required.
• Maintain cooperative and professional working relationships with colleagues.
• Adhere to security procedures for cash handling and receipts.
• Ensure the Pharmacy is clean, safe, and well organised.
