Job summary

Allcare Stillorgan is hiring a Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor for a part-time, permanent role. The position focuses on delivering excellent customer service and providing information on all product ranges in the pharmacy, while supporting stock control and merchandising under the guidance of the Managing Pharmacist.

The role requires proactive teamwork, strong communication, and discretion with customer information. Training and development opportunities are available within the Allcare network.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in Pharmacy/Retail/Hospitality preferable.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to use discretion and handle patient information confidentially.

Responsibilities

• Provide product information and advice to customers across all product ranges.
• Maintain stock control, rotate stock, and ensure correct suppliers and deliveries.
• Deliver professional and efficient customer service to enhance relationships with customers.
• Work as part of the Pharmacy team, flexible and proactive in duties.
• Keep the Pharmacy clean and tidy; report Health & Safety issues to the Pharmacy Manager.
• Participate in training and development programmes offered by the Pharmacy.
• Assist in all areas of the Pharmacy operation as required by the Managing Pharmacist.
• Support stakeholders within the Allcare network to achieve company goals.
