Job summary

The Rehab Group is an independent voluntary organisation providing services for people with disabilities and their families. We are seeking a Community Support Worker in Arklow to deliver individualized support and 1:1 and group activities within the local community.

The role requires QQI Level 5 in Social Care, a full clean driving licence and experience supporting individuals with diverse needs. Fixed-term part-time contract, salary €15.56–€17.74 per hour, with progression up to €21.56 per

Qualifications

Minimum QQI Level 5 in Social Care or equivalent.
Full Clean Driving Licence is required.
Experience supporting individuals with intellectual, physical and mental health challenges.

Responsibilities

Plan, develop, implement and review community education, recreation and occupation programs.
Ensure best practice aligned with current QoL research and evidence.
Liaise with families, the multidisciplinary team and community personnel to enable accessible activities.
