The Rehab Group in Limerick is seeking a Community Support Worker to deliver individualized community support to people with intellectual, physical and mental health challenges. The role includes 1:1 personal care and group activities, with duties to document records and protect privacy.

• Document information, update records, and complete paperwork while ensuring privacy and confidentiality of service users.

• Provide 1:1 personal care and social activities and run group activities in the community.
