The Rehab Group in Cork, Ireland, is seeking a Community Support Worker to provide individualized support to people with intellectual, physical and mental health challenges within their local communities.
The role involves 1:1 and group activities, planning and reviewing educational and recreational programs, liaising with families and the multi-disciplinary team, and promoting inclusive, accessible community participation.

To assist in the delivery of individualized community support to a number of individuals with intellectual, physical and mental health challenges. Supporting individuals to be valued members of their local communities. Supporting individuals to optimize their emotional, social, occupational and learning experiences, through programmes offered within community. This role will also involve providing 1:1 support to an individual with social activities as well as working with groups in the community.
Salary starting from point 1 €31,561.56to point 11€43,731.06 Pro Rata andissubject to negotiation depending on experience and qualification.
