Job summary

Hidden Hearing Ireland is seeking a Clinic Coordinator in our Cork Clinic to deliver life-changing hearing healthcare, while building your professional career with the team. The role is 2.00pm-5.00pm, Monday to Friday, based in Cork City Centre, with phone-based patient care and telemarketing responsibilities.

You will act as a Brand Ambassador, upholding our values and providing a phenomenal patient care experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in telemarketing or sales is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Patient care: provide high quality professional patient care to inbound and outbound calls for the Cork area.
• Telemarketing: manage inbound and outbound calls/leads for Cork, hit weekly/quarterly targets and keep diaries full (80+ calls per day).
• Brand Ambassador: represent Hidden Hearing and uphold core values with a focus on patient care experience.

Based in our Cork Clinic - We are looking for someone to build their professional career with Hidden Hearing as an integral member of our Cork Clinic team, who are helping patients hear better, every day. As Clinic Coordinator, you will be in the position of delivering our life-changing hearing healthcare firsthand, whilst building yourself, your colleagues and our patients for success. This role will be 2.00pm-5.00pm, Monday to Friday, based in our flagship Cork Clinic in Cork City Centre.

The central responsibilities of this role are:

Patient Care

provide a high quality of professional patient care to all inbound and outbound calls, covering the Cork area.

Telemarketing

– manage inbound and outbound telemarketing calls/leads for the Cork area, and ensure weekly/quarterly and annual targets are met and diaries are full. Our expectation is for our Clinic Coordinators to complete 80+ calls per day. Previous telemarketing experience advantageous.

Brand Ambassador

representing Hidden Hearing, you will uphold our core values on a daily basis by consistently delivering a phenomenal patient care experience that we, as the modern hearing care experts, have been providing for almost 40 years.

There is a basic, and commission, giving On Target Earnings of circa 30K - 40K pro rata per annum.
