Job description

Based in our Portadown Clinic, we are looking for a Clinic Coordinator who will deliver life‑changing hearing care firsthand, building a successful team with patients every day.

Responsibilities

• Patient Care – provide a high‑quality professional patient care to all inbound and outbound calls covering the Portadown area.
• Telemarketing – manage all inbound and outbound telemarketing calls and leads for the Portadown area, ensure weekly, quarterly and annual targets are met and diaries are full. Expectation to complete 80+ calls per day; previous telemarketing experience advantageous.
• Brand Ambassador – represent Hidden Hearing, uphold our core values and consistently deliver a phenomenal patient care experience.

On Target Earnings are approximately £30k per annum, comprised of a basic salary plus commission.
