Job summary

Hidden Hearing Ireland in Cork is seeking a Clinic Coordinator to support our Cork Clinic team. This part-time role runs 2.00pm–5.00pm, Monday to Friday, focusing on patient care and telemarketing to help grow our local patient base.

You will act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering professional hearing healthcare and achieving weekly targets. On-target earnings are roughly €30,000–€40,000 pro rata, with additional benefits such as leave, pension, and bike-to-work schemes.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical reception or patient-facing roles is a plus.
• Telemarketing experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Patient care: provide high-quality professional care to inbound and outbound calls in the Cork area.
• Telemarketing: manage inbound/outbound calls/leads and meet diaries and targets; approx. 80+ calls/day.
