Apleona Ireland is seeking a part-time Chef/Cook to join a residential care home in Newbridge, Co Kildare. The role offers an average of 16-20 hours per week with shifts 9:30-19:00 on 3 out of 7 days. This temporary contract runs 3 months to one year.

You will plan balanced menus, accommodate dietary requirements, uphold HACCP and health and safety standards, and participate in mandatory training. Garda vetting is required.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar food service environment.
• Good level of English.
• Reliable and friendly with a can-do attitude.
• Garda vetting required.

Mansioni

• Ensure that all daily menus are balanced and meet customer requirements for high-quality food.
• Meet client dietary requirements as needed.
• Maintain the highest Health and Safety standards including HACCP in the catering facility.
• Attend mandatory training.
• Follow all workplace procedures and policies.
• Report all complaints to the manager.
