Job summary

Choice Stores is hiring a Part Time Junior Accounts and Payroll Administrator for our Support Office in Ashbourne. You will join the Finance Team, learning on the job with training provided. Must be able to work onsite Monday to Wednesday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Responsibilities include processing accounts payable/receivable, weekly payroll, expenses, HR system entries, and coordinating with store managers on payroll queries. IPASS is an advantage, with 1+ year in a similar role.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to a fast-paced finance environment.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in all tasks.
• Excellent communication skills within the finance team and with store managers.

Responsibilities

• Input and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Complete weekly payroll for multiple entities within the group.
• Collaborate with Area Manager on payroll queries and store manager follow-ups.
• Review and record employee expenses and manage new starter HR data.
