Job summary

You will oversee maintenance, review PM/CM activities in Maximo, and ensure on-time delivery of equipment projects. A strong technical background and supervisory experience are essential.

Under the Engineering Manager, you will drive safety, performance metrics, and process improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to sustain efficient operations on site.

Qualifications

• NFQ Level 7/8 qualification required.
• Minimum 5–8 years of related experience.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment and maintenance.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical docs.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate shift technicians.
• Review PM/CM activities in Maximo.
• Delegate preventive maintenance tasks.
• Review and approve technician time records.
• Lead projects like layout moves and validation reports.
• Deliver monthly performance updates.
• Coordinate technician training.
• Collaborate with Production Supervisor for smooth operations.
• Maintain OEE, Yield and KPI reporting.
• Ensure safety compliance and LOTO.
