Job summary

Dexcom Ireland is seeking a Lab Supervisor to stand up our Production in the Ireland factory within the Manufacturing Solutions Lab. You will lead a Back End Day shift team on a 12-hour schedule (7:00am–7:00pm), driving safety, quality and continuous improvement.

You will coach a high-performing team, manage performance, and coordinate with cross-functional partners to meet delivery targets while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years related experience.
• Previous team lead experience required.
• Experience in Medical Device industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Solutions Lab.
• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team.
• Address employee performance issues and support conflict resolution.
• Ensure Safety and Quality are the highest priorities.
• Focus on development of individuals within your team.
• Lead team to deliver against balanced scorecard objectives with cross-functional partners.
• Ensure cross-training and business continuity plans are in place.
• Engage in resolution of operational issues and challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
• Apply technical expertise to support problem-solving and operational challenges.
