Job summary

Dexcom Ireland is hiring a Shift-based Engineering Supervisor to lead equipment technicians, oversee PM/CM in Maximo, and drive maintenance excellence. You will coordinate tasks, review time sheets, and manage projects while ensuring safety and high equipment availability.

We value hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a track record in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. A NFQ Level 7/8 qualification is preferred and experience with PLCs and automated equipment is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or lead technician experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience supporting production with maintenance and reliability KPIs.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment specs and maintenance docs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate shift technicians, ensuring safe, efficient tasks.
• Review PM/CM activities in Maximo and delegate tasks accordingly.
• Oversee maintenance projects like layout moves and validations.
• Report monthly performance updates and support cross‑functional teams.
